Summer reading took over our lives! (or why there have been no posts.)

The teen summer reading program wrapped up nicely in July.  August has been a bit of a break, and now we’re back in the swing of things!

Yesterday:  Teen Advisory Board met.  Decided we’ve GOTto have a Twilight Prom in Oct.  Also, we’ve got to decide:  are we going to keep having EHS lunch at the library one day a week?  Could we do it on Wednesday?  Thoughts, EHS students?

Today:  New books are flying off of the shelves in the teen area.  Here are a few of the new titles:

The Magician by Michael Scott
How to be Bad by Lauren Myracle, E. Lockhart, and Sarah Mlynowski
BREAKING DAWN by Stephenie Meyer
Christy Miller volumes 1-6 by Robin Jones Gunn
Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules by Jeff Kinney

And many, many more!

Tomorrow (and beyond!):  Next TAB meeting – Tuesday, Sept. 23 from 4-5 pm.  We’re looking for new members, so show up and bring a friend!
